Four Seasons Hotels Introduces Chat Service

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has launched Four Seasons Chat, a digital service enabling guests to send and receive instant messages with property teams before, throughout and after their stay.

Four Seasons Chat has the ability to translate in more than 100 languages in real-time as it was designed with the purpose of heightening the guest experience, ensuring that all needs are met regardless of time or place.
