Cinder House Coming to Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis

Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis will shortly feature Cinder House, a new restaurant in collaboration with award-winning US chef, Gerard Craft.

The project is expected to begin in early May and be completed in early August.

Over this period, the hotel’s Cielo Restaurant and Bar will continue to serve guests all three meals in the eighth floor lobby.

Also to be located on the property’s eighth floor, Cinder House will showcase sweeping views of St. Louis’ Gateway Arch monument and downtown skyline.

The new restaurant will sprawl from warm wood and stone interiors, to a lofty new outdoor lounge and upbeat bar area on the Sky Terrace.

The menu will centre around the kitchen's wood-burning hearth, for Craft’s take on wood-fired cuisine.

“Some foods taste so much more complex when cooked on a wood fire. Grilling is a universal technique so the menu reflects many different cultures but the food will be heavily influenced by the grilling mecca of South America,” commented Craft.

Craft’s focus on simple foods with bold flavours will be highlighted throughout the menu which will include several steak selections and rotating grilled items.
