The country music star has gone into business with Jeff Odem, distiller, Stillhouse Creek Distillery, to bring the project to life. Located within the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, Zac Brown Band’s new whisky business is to combine history, tradition and culture to create a truly US-made drink.
Set to be rolling out brandy, bourbon and gin, Brown’s latest venture has generated a lot of excitement amongst his large social media following, who are keen to take part when tasting and tour dates are announced.
The distillery isn’t Brown’s first encounter with the food and drink industry. He already owns a Napa Valley-based winery and is collaborating with NBA outfit Atlanta Hawks to open a southern-style restaurant at Philips Arena, Atlanta, as part of its ongoing USD192.5 million renovation.
