The award, judged by a leading loyalty management specialist panel, highlights the guest proposition offered by the Warmer Welcomes hospitality alliance, which allows Shangri-La’s Golden Circle and Taj’s InnerCircle members earn and redeem their preferred loyalty currency at the more than 200 hotels managed by both groups.
The award also recognises the commercial benefits generated by the partnership for its brand partners.
