Japan Airlines to Please Multiple Tastes

In collaboration with RED U-35, a Japanese culinary competition, Japan Airlines has launched new in-flight menu for economy classes on selected medium- and long-haul flights.


Created by the contest’s six finalists, the innovative menu is set to satisfy both domestic and international guests’ tastes with combination of Japanese, French and Chinese gastronomic elements.

The dishes will be altered every three months to reflect the seasonal changes.

The partners are determined to continue developing exclusive onboard dining designed by young talents in order to deliver an inspiring culinary experience during every journey.
