Michelin Starred Chefs Catering to JAL’s First Class

Japan Airlines (JAL) is to introduce a new Japanese meal option on its international first class menu, featuring a pair of three-star Michelin chefs.

Hideki Ishikawa, owner-chef, ISHIKAWA, and Kouji Koizumi, head chef, KOHAKU will create high quality meals for JAL’s first class passengers. The newest addition to the lineup of JAL’s Japanese menus will be available on select routes from March 01. Passengers onboard Tokyo (Narita) to Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and the Tokyo (Haneda) to New York, San Francisco, London, and Paris routes can expect to enjoy the new culinary offering.

JAL has been serving in-flight meals on its North America, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia routes under the concept of JAL BEDD SKY AUBERGE.
