SWISS Welcomes Valais Chef Reynaud

Until March 06, 2018, travellers in first and business class on SWISS’s outbound intercontinental services will be offered culinary delights from Canton Valais.

The meals are the product of a collaboration with Franck Reynaud, chef de cuisine, Hostellerie du Pas de l'Ours in Crans-Montana, the famed Valais resort.

Reynaud, the holder of a Michelin star and 18 GaultMillau points, draws inspiration from seasonal produce and his Provençal roots to combine local and regional flavours with passion and sophistication.

In its wine selections, too, SWISS pays tribute to Canton Valais, offering both local whites and reds.

Canton Valais will also be making an appearance in the SWISS Traditions programme, where the airline marks Swiss customs and festivals throughout the year through its inflight cuisine.
