New Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Baku

Four Seasons Hotel Baku announced the appointment of Tristan Tuaud as the new executive pastry chef.

With an abundance of experience in the art of pastry, Tuaud is ready to bring fresh new ideas to Four Seasons Hotel Baku. With more than nine years of experience, where he has contributed to many high profile Four Seasons culinary teams, including Le Cinq at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, Four Seasons Hotel Baku will see him lead all pastry development and operations across the food and beverage outlets at the hotel, including the hotel’s signature Italian restaurant Zafferano.
