Every week, after Saturday Brunch, guests are invited to participate at an interactive Masterclass with Pascal Meynard, executive chef, at the helm.
Participants gain first-hand knowledge to some very well-kept secrets, including, the flakiness of the venue’s famous mille feuille and the cardinal rules for matching up wines and food.
Clients will even be able to create and decorate chocolate eggs as Easter approaches. Each Ritz Masterclass is given to a group of a maximum 20 guests, and includes a backstage tour of the hotel’s iconic kitchen. They take approximately one-and-a-half hours, and each participant takes home the Masterclasses’ recipe and a personalised certificate.
