Four Seasons Moscow to Host French Michelin-Starred Chef

Four Seasons Hotel Moscow will host Yoric Tièche, French Michelin-starred chef, from April 05 – 07, where he will bring to Moscow the romance of the French Riviera with a five-course dinner.

Originally from Aix-en-Provence, Tièche draws inspiration from his Provençal roots and offers a cuisine combining influences from Italy, the Mediterranean Sea and the coastline of Cap-Ferrat.

His purpose is to create an exclusive dining experience that guests cannot get at other restaurants.

“I am very enthusiastic to discover Moscow for the first time, this major old capital with so much heritage,” enthused Tièche. “I cannot wait to share my passion for Mediterranean and Provençal cuisine with the hotel's guests and my colleagues. The cuisine crosses all borders and gives an opportunity to share and exchange our common passion for gastronomy.”

A live jazz band is also expected to create a suitable atmosphere for the guests who will enjoy the gastronomic tour.
