Renewed Dining Experience at London’s Bombay Brasserie

London’s Bombay Brasserie restaurant has been renewed under the leadership of Chef Sriram Aylur, offering dishes served on the tables of past Mughal Emperors and the spice traders of Goa.

According to the company, ever since 1982, when its doors first opened in Kensington, London, Bombay Brasserie has been an iconic restaurant destination, famed for its Bombay and Indian cuisine. After redefining the Indian fine dining scene in London for over three decades the brand expanded in two other corners of the globe, at Taj Cape Town in 2010 and Downtown Dubai at Taj Dubai in 2015.

According to the company, Bombay Brasserie specialises in the spectrum of flavours, fragrances and textures that epitomise Mumbai’s diverse cuisine, complemented by classic Indian recipes from around the sub-continent.
