Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced that it will manage a second luxury hotel and branded residences in Dubai, slated to open in 2020.

Located in downtown Dubai, the property will complement the group's Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Beach, Dubai, currently under construction and set to welcome first guests in 2018.

The company's second address will be a part of a 63-storey mixed-used Wasl Tower and will boast 257 guestrooms, suites and serviced apartments along with 144 luxurious residences.

The complex will feature the group's signature food and beverage outlets, a club lounge, a cigar room and a cake shop as well as the state-ofart spa and extensive banqueting and meeting spaces.
