GCC Outbound Luxury Travellers Increase

Outbound travellers from the GCC region are focusing more on luxury travel with unique holidays and individual experiences, according to online statistics, market research and business intelligence portal, Statista.

The sixth edition of MICE Arabia and Luxury Travel Congress, organised by QnA International, will explore the GCC luxury travel segment’s potential, by bringing together movers and shakers of the luxury market.

GCC outbound travellers are forecasted to spend USD94 billion by 2020, up from the USD64 billion spent in 2015, reported Statista. Furthermore, this figure is expected to reach USD140 billion and USD216 billion by 2025 and 2030 respectively.
